What is the Magnesium Salt Soak?▼
A private, in-courtyard warm mineral water ritual in your own single-person 800L tub, using food-grade magnesium sulfate. Fully drained and refilled fresh for every booking.
Is the tub shared between guests?▼
No — it's a single-person 800L tub, drained and refilled fresh for every booking. It is never reused between guests.
Can I add my own bath salts or oils?▼
We ask guests not to add outside products, as undissolved additives can alter the salt concentration. Ask about our Aromatherapy Soak for a curated scent upgrade instead.

Aromatherapy Soak

What is the Aromatherapy Soak?▼
A scent upgrade to your single-person Magnesium Soak tub — a house-selected essential oil blend, pre-diluted for skin safety, added to your freshly drawn water.
Can I bring my own essential oils?▼
No. Undiluted guest-supplied oils can cause skin irritation and are not permitted in the tub.
Which scent should I pick?▼
Cardamom and Geranium are light and universally well-tolerated. Rose and Vetiver are the classic middle-ground choices. Oud is our flagship, richest option — recommended for evening bookings.

Cold Plunge

How cold is the water, really?▼
First-time guests are set at 15°C (59°F). Returning guests with prior experience can request 10–12°C. The 4–7°C tier is capped at 3–5 minutes and offered only to experienced guests.
Is the water shared between guests?▼
No — just like the Magnesium Soak, it's a full drain-and-refill for every guest. We don't run an inbuilt chiller: each plunge is chilled fresh with our ice-mix method, so you're always stepping into a completely clean, newly cooled fill — never shared, never topped up.

Can I combine multiple rituals?▼
Yes — see our Ritual Packages above, including the Hot-Cold Contrast Ritual and the Hojai Oud Evening Ritual. Ask your Host to build a custom combination for your stay.
How does the health check work for combos?▼
The checklist for a combo (e.g. Hot-Cold Contrast Ritual) combines the contraindications from every ritual it includes — so for that package, it covers both the Magnesium Soak and Cold Plunge lists.
Never sequence cold → hot?▼
Correct — for the Hot-Cold Contrast Ritual we always sequence hot first, then cold, with a short rest in between. This is easier on blood pressure regulation than the reverse order.
What should I bring?▼
Nothing — robes, towels, and refreshments are included with every ritual. Just bring yourself and arrive a few minutes ahead of your slot.
